Websketch
Websketch is a flash based drawing application. It is similar to the drawing aspects of photoshop and allows you to relive the time of your drawing by adding a timeline feature, so that when you complete each piece, you can rewind and play, watching exactly how you made each brush stroke. While it is a web app, and limited because of that, it is definitely a noteworthy art toy.
