This flash animation shows two people rapping, while the rap is also audible.  It shows them walking through a city as traffic, background, weather and various other things change.  The rap basically consists of them saying what makes them unable to "get down."  An example of a verse would be, "We don't like it when the city fires start spreading, when the fires start spreading then we can't get down."  The rappers are portrayed in a very cartoonish and interesting manner.
